GUARANTED QUALITY
Bite-Me Security warrants all of our distressed-look wood plaques against defects in quality and workmanship. Please keep in mind, we work with real wood; which may have some natural surface imperfections. Please see our Return and Replacement Policy below.

ONLINE PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, an eBay company. PayPal offers you a fast, convenient and secure way to pay online.

NORMAL LEAD TIME
All of our signs are custom made by hand, even signs with stock sayings. Please add an additional week to the following estimated delivery times if ordering between October 1 and January 1 (our busy holiday season).

STOCK SIGNS
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery when ordering a stock sign style.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED SIGNS
Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. This estimate assumes prompt turnaround and approval of your proof once emailed. Delays in returning your proof will create delays in your ship date.

SHIPPING
We ship to the Continental United States by U.S. Mail. All signs are carefully packed prior to shipment. Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged in transit.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We will replace any defective (stock, custom or personalized) sign when returned to us prepaid within 30 days of receipt.

RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
We do not accept returns of custom or personalized signs (other than for replacement as stated above). Stock signs may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, if returned prepaid.

NO EXCHANGES
Please choose your sign carefully. We do not exchange signs for any reason.

CUSTOM WORDING/PERSONALIZATION
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bite-Me Security, LLC, harmless for any claims of copyright or trademark infringement arising out of the use of words and/or images the customer supplies. By submitting any copy/wording or images, the customer affirms that he/she has the right to use such wording and/or images.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CUSTOM WORDING THAT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, USES PROFANITY. NOR, WILL WE ACCEPT ANY IMAGES THAT WE DEEM "OFF COLOR" OR INAPPROPRIATE.
